Your Wine Club membership will be created soon after your enrollment is submitted. If required information is missing or incorrect, we will contact you for an update. Going forward, new vintages of each wine you reserve will be shipped to you upon release. We send email notifications in advance of all release shipments; in the event that you are traveling, have moved, or have a new payment method, please notify us.
If it is necessary to cancel your membership, that request must be received at least 30-days prior to the next shipment. Termination of membership may be requested following the receipt of two shipments. Wine Club membership may be modified or canceled without penalties at any time prior to a release billing or shipment. Should you cancel your membership after wines have shipped (but prior to delivery), you may incur return shipping fees. Wines that have been delivered to you may not be returned.
As a Wine Club member, we will automatically bill you for the wines you have reserved on an ongoing basis, using the authorized credit card on file. Payment is collected approximately 5 business days prior to the release shipment for any specific wine release. On occasion, Three Fat Guys will postpone shipment dates to ensure optimal weather conditions during transit; we will always notify you of such delays. For your privacy, invoices are not enclosed within the wine packages, but can be made available to you via email upon request.
At this time, Three Fat Guys Wines can only ship to following states: AK, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MO, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WA, WI, and WY. *This information is subject to change without notice. Please send an email to email@example.com to inquire about your state. Residents of California are subject to state and local sales tax. To purchase wine, you must be at least 21 years old. An adult signature will be required upon delivery. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the individual package and the destination. Undeliverable shipments may be reshipped at the expense of the member, or the wine will be returned for a refund less applicable shipping and handling charges.
CLUB MEMBER EVENTS
Club members must act in a respectful manner at all times when at events. Any member that fails to maintain a sober state will be asked to leave. Harassment or bullying towards other club members or staff will not be tolerated and can result in removal from event and/or termination of membership.
