2013 Rutherford - Napa Cabernet Sauvignon

A powerful delivery of exceptionally ripe berries have produced a deep purple wonder with undertones of caramel, licorice, and plum. The small berries from Beckstoffer Georges III Vineyard has led to an incredible fruit-forward concentration creating a beautiful bouquet aroma and a layer of blackberry silk upon the palate. Exceptional acidity is paired with the upmost perfect tannin structure to take your breath away while the senses are wrapped in seducing flavors making you crave more.

2010 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

75% New French Oak / 25% Neutral French Oak

The delicate balance of palatial jaminess is perfected once again. Amazing depth was created by another slow winter and warm breeze throughout the year. An instant aroma curated by hints of mission figs, black licorice and wild black berries. The beautiful balance of new French oak barrels leaving tones of dark chocolate against the palate. The personality found in the tannin structure creates a mouthful attraction desiring more after the vibrant and distinct TFG Napa Valley Cab finish.

2016 Carneros Pinot Noir

25% New French Oak / 75% Neutral French Oak

A stunningly aromatic wine with a beautiful dark ruby color, featuring plum, cherry and other darker fruit notes. Sourced from a small, private vineyard and aged in French oak barrels to add depth. Hints of earth, black licorice and cedar allow the mind to wonder. The perfect balance of acidity allows for a refined mouth-feel. Subtle tones of cherry pie team to leave a pleasant finish and smooth aftertaste making you crave another sip.  This elegant wine would pair best with simply prepared dishes of salmon, pork and poultry dishes mixed with vegetables.


2015 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay - Sangiacomo Vineyard

33% New French Oak / 67% Neutral French Oak

This Chardonnay was beautifully constructed to remind us of a classic cool-climate chardonnay. Sourced from pristine Sangiacomo Vineyards, it was aged in French oak barrels with the appropriate amount of new oak to help add depth and perfect the crispness while minimal ML fermentation was used to help give a well-rounded, lightly touched butter flavor. Aromas of honeydew melon, hints of nectarine and late harvest pear play to the balance of natural acidity leaving a fulfilling mouth feel. Subtle notes of spice and lemongrass add to the crisp finish and smooth aftertaste leaving you craving yet another sip.  This versatile wine would pair best poultry dishes mixed with vegetables and a cheese plate of softer cheese.
